TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

The Provider – Bristol Photo Booths/Choco-licious – Trading as Star Events

The Customer - The person booking Star Events for their event.

The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between the provider and the customer for the hire of the photo booth

 

SERVICE PERIOD

Operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the Photo Booth (I.e. changing toner/paper in the printer).  If we have to stop the booth or Chocolate Fountain for more than 5 minutes for maintenance we will add on the time we have delayed for at the end of the hire.

 

PAYMENT

A £200 deposit (unless otherwise agreed) is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your event.

 

ACCESS, SPACE & POWER FOR SERVICE EQUIPMENT HIRED

Customer will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at event's venue. (2.6m long x 1.3m wide x 2.1m high).   The Chocolate Fountain and Photo Pod will fit in a space approximately 1.5mx1.5m (but more space is recommended).


Customer is responsible for providing power.

Bristol Photo Booths must be provided with a space to load/unload close to the venue, a complimentary parking space is required for the duration of the booking (Up to 2.5 hours prior to the booking start time).

If venue does not provide us with complimentary car/van parking the client will be required to cover the charges.  This will be added to the booking to be paid in advance.

 

AMENDMENTS, DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Amendments are at our discretion and we have the right to refuse to change the booking details if inside of 4 weeks – however we do our best to accommodate any requests where possible.

 

Any request for a date change must be made in writing/email at least 28 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new booking contract.


If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled.
Any cancellation will forfeit any deposit payment made.

  

Cancellation charges are 100% of booking cost if inside of 8 weeks of date of event or loss of deposit before then. Amendments will only be discussed with and accepted by the persons named upon the booking form unless stated on the booking form.

Your final payment is non-refundable unless Star Events do not provide a Service as agreed for you.

 

DAMAGE TO PROVIDER'S EQUIPMENT

Customer acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider's Equipment caused by any misuse of the Provider's Equipment by Customer or its guests.

We at Star Events reserve the right to stop the hire if at any time we feel our booth/equipment is under threat of being damaged.

We at Star Events reserve the right to refuse people into the booth if they are displaying aggressive and drunk behaviour.
