Chocolate Fountain Hire - Our Chocolate fountain is 44“  & comes complete with an illuminated surround which can change colour gradually, flash or we can coordinate it to match a colour scheme.  

 

Presentation is very important to us and we always display some ready-made sticks of strawberries and marshmallows to tempt the guests with and we can also sprinkle some edible glitter on the dips to add some sparkle if requested.

 

We only use the finest Belgian chocolate in our fountains and do not add cooking oil like some companies do.

 

We always include attendants who are smartly uniformed and food hygiene trained. They will keep the area spotlessly clean as well as replenish the dips and chocolate when needed.

 

You can choose up to 10 different dips and we recommend giving guests a choice of at least 5. The ones we always find the most popular are mini donuts, profiteroles, waffles, strawberries and marshmallows. We can provide other dips on request that are not on the list on our booking form and website - just ask and we will do our best to provide them for you.

We can supply personalised aprons so you don't get chocolate on your clothes and it makes a great photo opportunity!  You can order them for £20 each (subject to change)  & they can be embroidered with any name/text e.g. Mrs/Mr, Bride/groom, names, wedding date/birthday date.

 

If you don't wish to purchase them we have Bride and Groom aprons for you to borrow (if it's for a wedding of course!).

 

If requested we are happy to take photos of yourself and your guests enjoying the fountain and will send them to you after the event.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

Beverage Fountain -

Our drinks fountain is a great way to offer guests a drink when they arrive at your event or throughout, and can be filled with almost anything from orange squash to Bucks Fizz!

 

We hire our drinks fountain as ‘dry hire’ as the venue or client usually arrange the drink, glasses and Ice.  However if your venue can’t help and you would like us to look into supplying any of these just let us know. We supply staff throughout the hire to set up, top up and look after the fountain and serve drinks if required.

 

Baileys Fountain

We can supply the mini chocolate shot cups which complement Baileys type drinks.

 

We can supply a light crystal display for the top of the fountain and a framed sign (advising guests of the drink) for no additional charge but if you would like a fresh flower display or something different e.g. Fruit we charge a small fee. 

 

We recommend that the fountain needs a minimum of 11 Litres to keep it flowing so please bear this in mind when planning the amount of drink to buy.

 

 

Childrens Parties

We have special childrens party packages including themes such as Frozen for example.  We can provide a Frozen background photo booth, DJ, Olaf mascot, blue chocolate fountain, blue candy floss & Frozen themed sweet cart.  Prices depend on date and times - childrens parties are cheaper midweek or end by 2pm at the weekend. The reason we do not put our prices on our website is because every event is individual and unique so please use our contact form and give us as much information about your event as possible.

 

Generally the earlier you book the better deal we can give you as we usually have early booking offers and lower deposits too.

If your event  falls on a particularly quiet date for us we may be able to offer you a discounted rate.   Sometimes we are also able to offer late availability prices (if you contact us within 2 weeks of your event and we are still available or had a cancellation).
